Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share with us. Last updated 14 June 2026.

ABC IT Group ("ABC IT Group," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site or submitting our contact form, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email address, company name (optional), the area of interest you select, and any details you include in your message. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask that you not include it in your message.

Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure (Amazon Web Services CloudFront and S3) may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running reliably.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, and follow up about our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We will only contact you about matters related to your enquiry unless you separately ask us to send other communications.

How your message is processed

Our contact form is delivered through Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, which forwards your message to us by email. Your submission is handled according to Formspree's own privacy practices in addition to this policy. We retain enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate the site and respond to you (such as our hosting and form-processing providers), and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, including HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@abcitgroup.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

International transfers

We serve clients in North America, Canada, and India, and our providers may process data in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for any cross-border transfer of personal information.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
